WHEW!

So much going on this week but let me start by saying I have lost 10 lbs WAHOO Thank you slimfast haha. Tonight we had chicken fettuccine alfredo. Cecilia loved it for me I wanted to eat so much more buttttt duty calls. I don't weigh myself until Fridays haha so I can reward myself with some treats that day! Cecilia took 2 steps today!!!!! It was amazing. I almost cried a little of course Kyle was sleeping. This is going to be a really short blog because I am just down right tired. So I am heading to the tv to watch criminal minds my FAVORITE show and then I am heading to BED!

Day 2 !

Today was really a great day. Cecilia slept in until 930 and she totally would have slept longer, but I woke her up to take her out on a walk. We walked for 30 minutes or so. It was cloudy out which made for a great walk. The husband had honor guard training and he totally hated it :(. Poor guy I am super proud of him and I am really happy he is doing it but I know he is getting bummed out because he is messing up a lot. I baby sat little Jackson today for a few hours. So it wasn't too stressful. I try to let kyle have like 45 minutes to himself when he gets home to just relax and take a shower whatever. Tonight we just had pizza and I only had one piece and a diet cherry pepsi. Kyle was nice enough to head out to the garage with me and iron his clothes out there while I worked out on the elliptical I only lasted 15 minutes haha but I was super tired and glad I even got on the thing at all. Anyway Just wanted to keep up on this thing nighty night. It's time to curl up in bed with my book "Dead and gone." It's such a great series!

Day 1

Today was a total first day of how I want my life to be! I woke up ate healthy worked out cleaned the whole house took care of Cecilia and had dinner on the table by 6 for the husband. I know I say I am working on my weight but this time I am serious! Today was Kyles first day in the honor guard it seems pretty insane man. He is so tired and super grumpy. For dinner tonight I made tasty 2 step chicken YUM It was so good.

Things you need
2 chicken breasts
1 can 98 percent reduced fat campbells cream of mushroom soup.
1/2 cup of water
tsp Oil
salt and pepper

All you do is throw the oil in the pan cook chicken for about ten minutes brown on both sides.

Take the chicken out of the pan and drain the fat

Put the soup and water in the pan and bring to a boil

Place chicken back in and cook until chicken is done and no longer pink

For our sides we just had rice it was sooo freaking good cheap and EASY!

Anyway you guys better start posting more cooking recipes so I have more stuff to cook sorry no picture my batteries in my camera are dead AWESOME. haha night ya'll

Yum Yum

Kyle made dinner tonight and it was REALLY tasty  and ALLI bast told me I better post this shizzle.

Things you need
1 1/2 cup swanson chicken broth.
1/4 cup terriyaki sauce
3 cloves garlic minced.
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup sliced green onions.
2 tbs corn starch.
8 skinless chicken thighs (we used breasts)
1/2 cup walnut pieces
hot cooked rice


MIX broth, terriyaki,garlic, marmalade, 1/4 cup onions and cornstarch. add chicken turn to coat.


COVER cook on low for 8-9 hrs or until chjicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining green onions. serve with rice!


The pictures do not do it justiceee!!! Also I used chicken breasts because my husband will NOT eat meat off a bone hahah he is a little girl when it comes to meat!
